When it comes to large and often complex projects, we have extensive experience mobilising personnel, materials, machinery, and in establishing temporary site facilities.
For planning and project management, we draw on resources across the companies of the Munck Group, which are capable of carrying out construction and civil works in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
Through thorough planning and rapid mobilisation, we ensure a strong start to each project.
During the execution phase, we draw on local labour and leverage local knowledge, while coordinating logistics, resources, and personnel across countries and subsidiaries. This ensures flexibility, efficient coordination, and reliable delivery.
Our projects are geographically diverse, and among other things we have built seven bridges in northern Ghana, renovated the international airport in Bangladesh, and constructed two new airports in Nuuk and Ilulissat in Greenland.
