That’s why we focus both on making the right long-term strategic decisions and on maintaining decision-making power at project level, trusting our employees to make responsible and sustainable choices in their daily work.
We focus on environmental (E), social (S), and governance (G) sustainability, and we prioritize the areas where we can make the greatest impact and truly contribute to a more sustainable workplace, industry, and society.
Our focus areas are based on a Double Materiality Assessment (DMA). The DMA has been developed in line with the CSRD requirements, with input from both internal and external stakeholders and after thorough discussions within the Executive Board.
